End of Year Dinner

With a new committee installed,encouraging attendance from members at the new premises, Things are looking up for our supporters club! Numbers have swelled over the last 6 weeks and it is of great encouragement to the committee to see such large numbers in attendance at MAC'S every Monday night, Also encouraging for the committee is the fact that the changes brought , i.e. to subscriptions , the setting up of a monthly lotto draw and decision making in general has went down so well with the majority of members, as always with new faces, there will be teething problems but with everyone pulling in the same direction THE BROADWAY LIVERPOOL SUPPORTERS CLUB will go from strength to strength.
This year also seen our 1st end of season dinner dance at the holiday inn in belfast on June 9th. The decision was taken ,because this was our inaugural dinner, to have a black tie event and what a success it proved to be. The ladies looked spectacularly beautiful in there dresses and with the men in tuxedos it made for an excellent evening. Such was the success of the event we have already provisionally booked the same again for next year.Congratulations to Mark Watson who's baby this was from the beginning and the attention to detail and committment to seeing it through did not go unnoticed by the members, their wives/girlfiends or boyfriends of the female members. Many thanks Watsie.
Good news also as we have decided which games we would like to see in the coming season, Phil (secretary) has been in contact with Liverpool football club and we are awaiting there reply to the matches we have asked for. Any developments and we will keep you posted.

CONSTITUTION

Broadway Liverpool Football Supporters Club Constitution

The club is named Broadway Liverpool Football Supporters Club
It is ruled by a committee consisting of a Chairman, Secretary and two treasurers
The committee will be elected annually at the A.G.M which is scheduled for April/May of each year
Officers will be proposed, seconded and elected by show of hands by those present
Every member must be notified of the A.G.M by the Secretary
Club membership fees will be agreed at the (A.G.M)
Committee meetings will be held at 7:15pm on the first Monday of every month
The full members meeting follows at 8pm and the same every Monday onwards
Every club member must attend at least 2 meetings a month, failure to do so will be taken that the individual does not want to stay a member of the club. (exceptional circumstances will only be considered)
Club membership fees are £30 per year for adults and £10 for children which was agreed at the (A.G.M)
Any club members behaviour which brings the club into disrepute will be brought in front of the committee who will decide what the outcome should be
